WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is a hands-on energy healing technique that reduces stress and promotes healing. It helps restore and balance physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, activating the body’s natural healing processes. Developed in the early 1900s by Mikao Usui, the term Reiki is from the Japanese words rei, meaning “universal,” and ki, which refers to the vital life force energy that flows through all living things. Reiki is now used all over the world, including hospitals and hospice to bring healing and balance to patients.

- Alleviate stress, anxiety, and depression
- Improve sleep and digestion

- Address traumatic injury, fatigue, and addiction issues
- Complement other forms of health treatments.
