Girl Scout Troop 71113 Meets at Chapel UMC during the school year on Friday evenings. These 18 girls are continuing to grow and positively impact the community with different service projects wherever they go. Thank you, Madison Chapel UMC, for making it all possible and being our home as we go into our 6th year of scouts.
January kicks off cookie season for all the Girl Scouts. The girls will be getting a refresher on all the cookie flavors, excellent customer service skills, as well as learning how to set goals and a budget. Girls will be taking cookie orders beginning January 3rd and cookie booths will start at the beginning of March. Girl Scout cookies is the largest fundraising opportunity for the girls and will allow each troop to purchase uniform pieces as well as help fund many of the activities each troop participates in.
Daisy Troop 71754 has finished learning the Girl Scout Law and Promise and ready to move onto life skills and STEM badges. Brownie Troop 71141 is gearing up for a cabin camping trip as well as planning several STEM badges.
