The angels that appear in the story of Jesus’ birth would have been very comfortable in our world of tweets and hashtags. Their messages were often short and to the point and their favorite line was “Do not be afraid”! We will be hearing the stories of God’s winged messengers to Zechariah, Mary, Joseph, and the Shepherds. How did they respond? How did the message change their lives? How did it help them to not be afraid? And together we will be thinking about the angels among us and the miracles around us.
